This 1939 Ford Pickup was rebuilt as a hot rod around 25 years ago with a 350ci V8, a three-speed automatic, a TCI Mustang II independent front end with power steering, staggered wire wheels, a custom-trimmed cabin, and blue and green paintwork. It was acquired afterwards by the seller’s father, and in May 2024 the Edelbrock carburetor was rebuilt, the rear brakes, transmission, and differential were serviced, and fluids and belts were changed.

The truck was stripped and repainted green with blue accents and fenders. “Ole’ Henry” was painted ahead of the door on either side.
The truck rides on a lowered suspension with a TCI Mustang II front end featuring disc brakes and power steering. The chrome 14×6″ and 15×8″ wire-spoke wheels were sourced from Wheels of Steel in California, and the seller notes the tires are older and should be replaced.
Autos International retrimmed the cabin with beige upholstery on the bench seat, door and kick panels, headliner, and sun visors as well as green leather accents. Navy blue carpeting was installed on the floor, and the truck has seatbelts and a Blaupunkt stereo linked to speakers in the kick panels. A Mustang silhouette and Ford logo have been applied over the rear-view mirror.
The two-spoke steering wheel has a Harley Davidson-logo cover and is mounted on a tilt column. A Lokar 8-ball shift knob, emergency brake lever, and billet pedals were installed along with a VDO coolant temperature gauge.
The 350ci V8 was installed during the build along with ceramic-coated headers, an Edelbrock carburetor, and chrome Edelbrock valve covers. The carburetor was rebuilt and the belts and fluids were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The three-speed automatic transmission and differential were also serviced in preparation for the sale.
A binder with records and photos documenting the build are included along with a trunk.
